Fabian Barber is a qualified bank clerk. After that he worked for more than 15 years as a traditional IT project manager, agile product owner and IT manager for IT and software companies in the banking and financial services sector. During this time, he completed a part-time degree in Computer Science/IT Analyst (B.Sc.) at University of Applied Sciences in Kaiserslautern/Zweibrücken. Since December 2024 he has been IT Manager at KfW Capital with focus on governance.

Jan Hinkelmanns obtained a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences Konstanz and a master's degree in Management with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Hohenheim. Since June 2024, he has been working as a Business Analyst at KfW Capital.

Anna Langsdorf has been working as a team assistant at KfW Capital since January 2025. She holds a Master's degree in European Ethnology and Cultural Studies from the Philipps University in Marburg. She started her professional career as an employee in the joint project "Mobility Consulting of the Hessian Economy", which is implemented and supported by various public institutions. She then joined a recruitment agency as a partner assistant. Since 2021, she has worked as an assistant to the management of a real estate company and then as an operations manager.

Nils Majewski trained as an IT specialist in application development and began his career in KfW’s IT department in Berlin. He later moved to Frankfurt, working in risk controlling with a focus on reporting systems as well as in the IT division in the UDA (IDV) environment. Alongside his work, he completed a part-time distance degree in IT Forensics (B. Eng.) at WINGS, Wismar University of Applied Sciences. After six years, Nils Majewski joined KfW IPEX-Bank, where he spent four years as an IDV Coordinator. In November 2025, he joined KfW Capital as an IT Manager. He is currently pursuing a part-time master’s degree in IT Security and Forensics (M. Eng.) at WINGS.

Before joining KfW Capital, Niklas Neumann worked at the KfW for eight years, most recently in the role as a coordinator for regulatory monitoring in regulatory reporting. He studied - in cooperation with KfW Group - Business Administration (B. A.) and later IT Management (M. Sc.) in Frankfurt am Main.

Felix Rössing completed an integrated study programme with KfW and Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Finance degree. After his studies, Felix has worked in the internal consulting unit of KfW for more than seven years. There he accompanied a diverse range of projects on the optimization of processes and organizational structures, project management and strategy development with various departments of KfW (among them for instance the fund investment department of KfW Development Bank). Since February 2024 Felix has been working as a Business Analyst at KfW Capital.

Nelli Schulz is a trained paralegal. She completed her training in a small law firm covering all areas of law. There, she gained her first experience of supporting and supervising a team. After successfully completing her training in January 2024, she joined KfW Capital as a team assistant in February 2024.

Alexander van Zanten completed a dual degree in business informatics (B.Sc.) at the DHBW in Mannheim. After completing his studies, he worked as a project manager for payment transactions solutions. In addition, he completed his master's degree in IT management with a focus on managing complex IT projects. In his further career, Alexander implemented international projects in the field of cloud computing and has been Head of IT & Infrastructure at KfW Capital since December 2024.

Stephanie Vey-Lubczyk is a qualified advertising manager. She completed her training in a small, classic advertising agency and in an event and trade fair agency. Until her change, Stephanie was employed as an assistant in a family-run company, where she supervised different teams as well as areas. Since January 2022, she has been a team assistant at KfW Capital.
