Tanja Heinz

Tanja Heinz successfully completed her mathematics studies in Frankfurt/Main. She worked for several years in fund controlling at various investment companies. Meanwhile, she became an IT Security Manager, reflecting her passion for information security and technological challenges. Tanja joined KfW Capital in January 2025, where she coordinates operational risk and continuity management and works as a Transaction Manager.

Irmler, Kira

Kira Irmler

Kira Irmler joined KfW with a cooperative study in Business Administration including a bankers degree. Afterwards she worked in the disbursement management for KfW Development Bank for eight years. Amongst others her responsibilities included disbursements and the design of disbursement-related contract annexes for different country portfolios. During this time, she completed a career-integrated Master's degree in Management at Mainz University of Applied Sciences. Kira Irmler has been working in the Investment Services team of KfW Capital since August 2024.

Kytka, Alice

Alice Kytka

Alice has several years of experience as a team lead at KfW, including in disbursement management and risk controlling. Previously, she was Senior Investment Manager for the supervisory boards of HHL and Deutsche Flugsicherung. Before joining KfW, she worked as an equity analyst at COMINVEST Asset Management and DZ Bank. She completed her studies in business administration at the Goethe University Frankfurt.

Jörg Lange-Drewlies

Before starting at KfW Capital, the banker worked in the service team of KfW Development Bank as a project and interface manager in disbursement management. He started his career at Commerzbank AG in Dortmund, Frankfurt am Main and Milan in documentary payment transactions (guarantees and letters of credit) in the import and export business. During weekend studies, he acquired the banking qualification ‘Bankfachwirt (IHK)’ with a focus on foreign business in Hagen. Since March 2024, Jörg is working in the Investment Service team at KfW Capital.

Anna Langsdorf

Anna Langsdorf has been working as a team assistant at KfW Capital since January 2025. She holds a Master's degree in European Ethnology and Cultural Studies from the Philipps University in Marburg. She started her professional career as an employee in the joint project "Mobility Consulting of the Hessian Economy", which is implemented and supported by various public institutions. She then joined a recruitment agency as a partner assistant. Since 2021, she has worked as an assistant to the management of a real estate company and then as an operations manager.

Jan Niebisch

Jan Niebisch joined KfW Capital in September 2024, bringing extensive experience from his role as a Senior Fund Analyst at Principal Real Estate Spezialfonds­gesellschaft mbH in Frankfurt. There, he was responsible for the management and representation of health care real estate funds to investors. His academic background is characterized by a business-oriented focus with specializations in real estate management and digital transformation processes.

Nelli Schulz

Nelli Schulz is a trained paralegal. She completed her training in a small law firm covering all areas of law. There, she gained her first experience of supporting and supervising a team. After successfully completing her training in January 2024, she joined KfW Capital as a team assistant in February 2024.
